Can I get quotes from multiple tradesmen?
Yes — but you won’t need to wait for quotes. Tradesmen list budget prices upfront, so you can compare without messaging multiple people. You only contact a tradesman once you’re ready.
What types of services can I book?
You can book everything from small repairs to full renovations — plumbing, electrical, masonry, landscaping, drywall, roofing, painting, and more.
You may also see “missing service spots” on profiles, which show services a tradesman may add soon.

How do I book a job?

- Select a tradesman and enter your job details.
- Get connected directly to schedule a time that works.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends on the tradesman, but many can take jobs within the same week — some can even handle urgent requests.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact the tradesman directly. Each tradesman may have their own cancellation policy, so be sure to review their terms when booking.
What if the job is more complicated than expected?
If anything unexpected comes up, the tradesman will discuss it with you and provide an updated cost before moving forward. No surprise charges.
How do I know how much a job will cost?
Budget prices are listed through the Calculator and on tradesmen profiles, giving you a clear idea of cost before you reach out. Final pricing may change depending on the specific details of your project.
Can I choose a tradesman based on my budget?
Yes! You can filter and compare tradesmen based on their package prices and budget estimates to find an option that fits your price range.

How do I pay for the service?
You pay the tradesman directly once the job is done. They’ll invoice you using their preferred payment method (e-transfer, credit card, etc.).
Does TradeMatch charge any extra fees?
No. Homeowners never pay extra platform fees. You only pay the tradesman for the job you book.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. Payment terms depend on the tradesman, but you won’t pay TradeMatch anything at any point.
What if the price changes after the job starts?
The tradesman will always review any changes with you first. You’ll never get surprise charges.
